__(a) 自動メッセージ： 複数部屋の予約時に部屋毎に送信するか選択が可能に。__
リスティング固有メッセージ（Extra Memo）の編集ページ内で、「部屋毎に送信する」という設定項目が追加されました。

Extra Memo の内容に部屋番号や鍵情報など、部屋特有の内容が含まれている場合には「部屋毎に送信する」設定を有効にすることで、

複数部屋の予約に対して部屋数分のメッセージを送信します。 逆に部屋特有の内容がない場合には、

この設定を無効にすることで、複数部屋の予約であってもメッセージ送信は1回のみになります。

__(b) 自動割引：適用を各OTAの料金プラン毎にオン・オフ可能に。__
自動割引のオン・オフは、これまでチャネル毎の設定でしたが、料金プラン毎に設定出来るようになりました。

__(c) ブッキングエンジン：料金プラン毎に「連泊割引」設定が可能に。__
ブッキングエンジンの料金プラン毎に「連泊割引」を複数設定出来るようになりました。 週割りや月割りだけでなく、

例えば3泊以上など任意の連泊数に割引を設定いただけます。

__(d) ブッキングエンジン：クーポンの割引タイプに「固定額」を追加。__
これまでクーポンの割引タイプ「パーセント」のみ提供でしたが、「固定額」が追加されました。

これで、xx% 割引クーポンだけでなく、例えば 500 円割引クーポンなどの作成が可能になりました。

これまで料金テンプレートを特定の物件に適用する際、ルームタイプ毎の指定のみ可能でしたが、

更に料金プラン毎の指定が可能になりました。

__(f) CSV項目更新：他社サイトコントローラ経由予約でもAF列:料金プラン出力が可能に。__
これまで他社サイトコントローラ経由（TEMAIRAZU・ねっぱん！）の予約はすべて [ Default Rate ]として

取り込まれる仕様でしたが、OTAに設定している料金プラン名の出力が可能になりました。

__(g)CSV項目追加：予約者と判別できる「宿泊者名」列を新たに追加。__
予約一覧ページからダウンロード可能な CSV ファイルの最終列に新たに「宿泊者名」列が追加されました。

これまで予約者の名前は既に含まれていましたが、予約者と宿泊者が異なる場合もあるので宿泊者名を追加することになりました。

__(h)部屋削除・ルームタイプ構成変更：一括で部屋割り当て解除が可能に。__

これまで部屋削除する場合にはカレンダーから全ての予約部屋割りを解除、

キャンセル予約については開発に依頼して全て解除してもらう必要がありましたが、

一括で部屋割り当て解除が可能になりました。※詳しくはこちら

・部屋割りされている予約一覧
・IoTロックがリンクされている場合=>不可
・親子リスティングでリンクされている場合=>不可
・ルームタイプ内でラスト１在庫の場合=>不可

__(i) 料金プラン別売り止め：楽天トラベルでの料金プラン毎売り止め(0円登録)が可能に。__

楽天トラベルの仕様上、一部の料金プランのみを売り止めをかけると、すべての料金プランの在庫を自動的に

クローズするようになっているため、特定のプランのみ売り止めをかける場合には、

ゲスト画面ではプランが表示されないように対象プラン・日程に0円登録をすることで、

__(a) Airbnb : 「リクエスト予約」のサポートを開始__
これまで PMS 同期開始後は、韓国からの予約以外の「リクエスト予約」は無効となり「今すぐ予約」が必須となっていましたが、「リクエスト予約」を有効に出来るようになりました。注意：Airbnb は、リクエスト予約を有効にする条件として、
他 OTA での即時予約を有効にした掲載をしていないことを求めています。8. AirbnbリスティングをPMS同期させる（料金同期等）

これまで AirHost ブッキングエンジンで予約する際の支払い方法は「オンライン事前決済」のみでしたが、今回新たに「オンライン事前決済＆現地払い」「現地払いのみ」 も選択できるようになりました。
 ※現地払いが選択された場合、Stripeよりキャンセル料の自動請求は実施されません。Stripeでは決済連携を行わず、自動・手動決済どちらも無効となりますのでご注意ください。※「現地払いのみ」を選択する場合も、Stripe決済連携のオプションライセンスは必須となります。

__(a)メッセージボード：ゲストへの手動メッセージのタイトル(件名)の編集機能を追加__
手動でメッセージを送信する際のタイトル（件名）の編集機能を追加いたしました。何も編集しない場合はこれまで通り「（リスティング名）よりご連絡」で送信されますが、編集すると任意のタイトルで送信することができます。

__(b) メッセージボード：[鍵情報] [請求書] アイコン追加、手動メッセージから送付可能に__
これまで自動メッセージのみ対応していた[鍵情報] [請求書]の追加がメッセージボードから手動での送付が可能になりました。* 鍵情報送付には、オプション・ライセンス管理＞チェックイン にて鍵情報のURLを設定する必要があります。

__(c) IoT ロック連携：親ルームの予約時、全ての子ルームに同一 PIN を割り当てる__
例えばコネクティングルームや一棟貸しなどのケースで、親ルームが複数の子ルームを持ち、その各子ルームが IoT に接続されている場合、親ルームに予約が入ると、IoT ロック側の API が機能をサポートしている場合には、全て同じ PIN を発行し、ゲストが全てのドアに同じ PIN を利用出来るようにしています。 サポートされる IoT ロックは以下の3つになります。 
・RemoteLOCK
・Keywe

予約一覧にサーチの条件を追加いたしました。「ソース」にAirHostと接続しているOTA名、「予約サイト」に実際にゲストが予約したサイト名を選びサーチすると、OTAソース経由で入ってきた、別の予約サイトからの予約が検索できます。
例えば、「ソース」にAirhostと接続しているExpedia、「予約サイト」にHotels.comを選択して検索すると、Expedia経由で入ってきたHotels.comの予約が検索できます。
サーチされたリストはCSV、もしくはXLSファイルとしてダウンロードすることが可能です。

これまで、チェックインオプションをご利用時に、取得するゲスト情報の中の本人確認写真の設定は「すべて」と「代表者のみ」でしたが、新たに「日本人以外」「表示しない」を選択できるようになりました。

物件一覧に表示される各物件の最低料金はこれまで自動計算されていましたが、表示金額を指定できるようになりました。

販売ページ内にトップ画像・ロゴ表示が必要ない場合には、表示しない設定ができるようになりました。

__(e) IoTスマートロック：ConnectedPortalのデバイス対象にURLキーの発行が可能に__
イッツ・コミュニケーションズ株式会社が提供するスマートホームサービス「インテリジェントホーム」のデバイスである電子錠「フキ / 365 Plus」を対象に、URLキーの発行が可能になりました。
スイッチがONににすると、自動メッセージにもPINの後ろにURLキーが自動挿入されす。

__(f) 通知機能：「問い合わせ」通知対象を拡大__
これまで仮想メールアドレスに対するゲストからの返信は「問い合わせ」通知の対象外でした。
これを改善し通知設定の「問い合わせ」にチェックが入っている場合、物件や予約に結び付いていないユニークな仮想メールアドレスが受信した場合も通知されるようにいたしました。*メッセージボックスの仕様について：
仮想メールアドレスが受信したメールはメッセージ一覧に表示され、それに返信をすると、メッセージチケット毎にユニークな仮想メールアドレスが発行されてゲストに送信されます。それにゲストが直接返信をすると、対象の仮想メールアドレスに返信されため、同じメッセージチケットに返信が統合され表示されます。

In the past, notification for new reservations and reservation cancellations have been sent for each room (two copies will be sent if two rooms are reserved for one reservation). The new notification can be now setup based on each reservation (only one notification will be sent per reservation regardless of the number of reserved rooms).

You may now easily assign the room by clicking the “assign” button to change the room without moving the booking with your cursor.

Previously, the check-in code was displayed on the pre check-in URL form even when using “AirHost check-in (Web only)” without using a tablet. Since the check-in code is a code used only for tablet check-in, the check-in code display has been deleted for properties to which “AirHost check-in (Web only)”. There is no change for properties that using “AirHost check-in (tablet + Web)” .

__(a) Check-in tablet: Country option is now showing at the ‘Nationality’__
Since there are many guests from different country, you may now select the country based on the Nationality.

__(b) Room Channels: Magnification from AirHost price in the multi-channel page allows you to set the rate of price synchronization in 1% increments. __

__(a) Stripe payment: Automatic payment is now available for “one day after check-in”__

“One day after check-in” has been newly added to the automatic payment execution date to support no-shows after the check-in date.

Previously, you could only sync charges to Agoda for 1-2 people and for 3 or more people.

You can now sync per-guest rates from AirHost PMS to your Agoda rate calendar by enabling the Enable charge-based synchronization for additional people

__(c) Message board: Able to receive images uploaded to Airbnb via PC__

Previously when receiving Airbnb messages, you could only receive image data that was uploaded and sent via a mobile terminal such as a smartphone, but now you will able to receive images uploaded via a PC on the message list page. The image data is displayed as shown below on the message list page.

__(d) Channel registration : Changes in C-trip__

Hotel ID registration / confirmation location changed when adding property to C-trip. The hotel ID registration screen of AirHost and the confirmation part of the hotel ID of Ctrip when importing have been changed. Please refer to the manual below for the procedure.

__(a) Pricing Calendar:__ The price setting for the number of additional people in the Rate Plan can be edited. For example, you may apply this when you want to charge the extra person for the breakfast fee.

__(b) Added “versions” in house detail page: You can now check the “change log history”.__

You can now check the change log for the property, such as address, check-in time and whether the options are enabled or disabled on the “Versions” tab. By clicking into the “Versions” tab, you will be able to see when and which user made the changes.

__(c) Booking engine: Site / facility description can be edited text in typography__

Previously only text could be set in the description of the site / facility, but now it is possible to edit in typography. You will be able to edit the description more easily by using bold letters, hyperlinks, lists, etc.

Before this, email address and phone number displayed in the footer part are for all facilities following the reservation notification email to guests, but it can now be overwritten for each facility.

__(g) Change of Auto-discount setting specifications: Set in multi-channel after switch operation under pricing calendar__

Previously there is no condition apply to enable the auto-discount in each channels but now, it has been changed to the specification that it is displayed only when the auto-discount under the pricing calendar in the selected room type setting is ON.
