Improved Message Translation Support & Review Rating Input!

We’ve added the following features in response to Airbnb’s latest API updates!

① Improved how translated guest messages are reflected

Messages translated into the language set in the Airbnb admin screen will now be reflected directly in messages on AirHost.

② Improved review input for Airbnb guests

When leaving a review (rating) for Airbnb guests from AirHost, you can now select the reason for the rating from preset options.
This reduces input effort and enables more consistent evaluations!

Added Display of Unsent Reasons & Retry Function

If an automatic message is not sent due to conditions such as incomplete pre-check-in, missing payment, or OTA exclusions, you can now see the reason directly in the message thread!

Knowing the reason immediately helps you decide the next action quickly and prevents missed communications or delayed responses!

We’ve also added a message resend (retry) button!

Messages that failed to send due to incorrect email addresses or OTA sync errors can now be resent with a single click after fixing the issue 💡

Added an OTA Fee Field!

When manually creating reservations for non-integrated OTAs, we’ve added a new field to input OTA fees, which was previously unavailable.

You can now input and manage OTA fees even for manually created reservations, improving revenue management and reporting accuracy ✹

Added Room Information & New Filters!

“Property Name,” “Room Type Name,” and “Room Name” have been added to reservation details in the Pre-Check-in Report!

You can also filter by guest information completion status and payment status, making it even easier to review reservation progress.

Added Check-in Process Logs

From the start of check-in, you can now view logs showing the progress of each step—guest info completion, authentication start, video chat start, and more!

You can clearly see when and which steps the guest completed, making issue identification and support responses much smoother ✹

Export Period Extended to 1 Year

The exportable period for reservation and daily data has been extended from 2 months to up to 1 year (when a specific property is selected).

You can now download a full year of data for a specific property at once, greatly reducing the effort needed for analysis and report creation—especially for users managing one or a small number of properties.

Please take advantage of this feature for long-term, property-level data analysis 🙏
