【Accommodation Tax】Now Supported in Kyoto City and Sapporo!
The following municipalities have been added to the regions supported by the automatic accommodation tax calculation feature and the accommodation tax report.
Kyoto Prefecture – Kyoto City
Hokkaido – Sapporo City
With this update, in addition to Tokyo and Osaka, accommodation tax reports can now be generated and accommodation tax can be automatically calculated for Kyoto City and Sapporo City.
When adding accommodation tax as a separate charge, the system will automatically calculate the tax amount according to the accommodation fee.
※ If accommodation tax is not included in the accommodation fee, an additional charge operation is required.
We will continue to expand the regions supported for accommodation tax in the future!

【Airbnb】Added “New Listing Promotion” Settings
You can now configure Airbnb’s New Listing Promotion from the Content Management page!
The New Listing Promotion automatically applies a 20% discount to the first three reservations of a newly published listing.

When a reservation included multiple rooms, previously all charges were exported under the first room in the CSV reservation data.
With this update, the charges for each room are now correctly exported under each room row.

【Check-in】Added Layout Settings for Promotion Banners
You can now configure the layout of promotion banners displayed on the guest page.
This allows recommended services and facility information to be displayed in a clearer layout ✨

Previously, owner contracts could not be edited once created.
With this update, existing contracts can now be updated when contract conditions or settings need to be adjusted.

A new option “Manual Generation” has been added to the owner statement creation method settings.
Previously, only Automatic Generation could be selected.
With this update, Manual Generation can now be selected.

An “Other” category has been added when recording property expenses.

In POS (a feature that allows guests to purchase, reserve, or order products and services from the guest page), display text for ¥0 products can now be configured.
Previously, all ¥0 products were displayed as “¥0.”
With this update, you can choose the following display options:
・Free
・Price will be provided later
This makes it easier to present services with prices determined later or options requiring individual quotations.
