Important: Report Display Updated Following Revenue Definition Standardization

As revenue definitions previously differed across reports, we have reorganized the displayed revenue items and calculation criteria as outlined below and standardized the definitions.

Total Revenue
Total amount including cleaning fees, taxes, channel commissions, and related charges

Total Room Revenue
Total amount excluding cleaning fees and taxes from Total Revenue
Basis for ADR and RevPAR calculation

Following the standardization of revenue definitions, we have updated the displayed revenue item in the following reports.

Reports changed from “Total Revenue” to “Total Room Revenue”

On-Hand Report

⚠️ Due to this change, past data has been recalculated based on the new definition. As a result, revenue figures may appear lower than before.

This is because consumption tax and cleaning fees are now excluded from the displayed figure. It does not mean that actual payments or revenue have decreased.

We apologize for informing you of this revenue definition change after implementation. This update was made to eliminate inconsistencies across reports and enable more accurate and consistent analysis.

“Content Management” Menu Added!

You can now edit property facilities, occupancy settings, amenities, cleaning fees, and update or replace photos for Booking.com directly within AirHost!

This reduces the need to access the Booking.com admin panel and helps streamline content updates!

Channel Commission Sync Now Supported!

For reservations with a check-in date on or after January 20, 2026, OTA commission will now sync automatically via Rakuten Oyado integration!

This enables more accurate and seamless net revenue management!

Event Creation Now Available!

You can now add local events such as fireworks festivals or seasonal celebrations, as well as property-specific events, directly to the calendar!

This helps you identify high-demand dates for pricing adjustments and share event information among staff.

For recurring annual events, you can set them to repeat automatically, saving time on yearly setup ✨

Log Viewing Made Easier

When you click on a date in the monthly Rate & Reservation Calendar, a “Log” menu will now appear!

You can instantly review logs for that specific day ✨

Added Option to Hide QR Code for Tablet Check-in

You can now configure whether to display or hide the QR code and check-in code used for tablet check-in on the guest page!

For properties not using a check-in tablet, hiding unnecessary elements keeps the screen simple and prevents guest confusion.

Added “Channel Message Sync Login Failure”

We have added a new notification setting: “Channel Message Sync Login Failure.”

You can now receive notifications when message delivery fails due to an expired Ikkyu.com login session!

Automatic Property Assignment for Dedicated Cleaners!

Previously, cleaners or staff needed to be manually added to the property via User Management in order to access cleaning management.

With this update, when you assign a user as a dedicated cleaner for a property, they will automatically be added to that property.

This eliminates the need for duplicate participation settings ✨
