Rate plans can now be edited directly!

Previously, checking and editing rate plans required navigating to the management console. With this update, you can now manage them directly from the rate calendar.

Simply click the gear icon to view and edit rate plans from the sidebar.

You can also view and edit them from the monthly rate & reservation calendar.

This eliminates the need to switch screens and allows smoother rate adjustments.

⚠️ This feature is available only to users with Manager, Admin, or Account Owner permissions. It is not available for staff-level users.

Added “Address”!

Facility addresses can now be set in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean. By embedding them as tags in automatic or manual messages, the appropriate address will be inserted based on the guest’s language.

This makes multilingual directions and check-in guidance smoother.

Added “All Messages” to search scope!

Previously, you had to switch between Inbox, Unread, and Archive to find messages. With this update, you can now search across all messages, making it easier to quickly find past conversations or messages related to specific reservations.

Messages can now be moved to Inbox/Archive from reservation details!

You can now move messages to Inbox or Archive directly from reservation details.

Previously, you could archive messages after replying, but could not move archived messages back to the Inbox. With this update, “Reply and move to Inbox” has been added, allowing you to organize messages freely regardless of whether you reply.

Current folder view is retained after moving messages!

After moving messages, the current folder view is now retained.

Previously, the screen would switch automatically to the destination folder, but now you can continue working in the same list view.

This makes handling multiple messages much smoother.

Added daily data export!

Daily export has been added to guest data export.

Previously, you could only download the previous month’s data at the beginning of each month. Now, you can export guest data for those who checked out the previous day as early as the next morning.

This allows you to check recent guest information without waiting for the next month.

Tasks can now be viewed and added from reservation details!

Previously, tasks had to be created on the ToDo management page and then linked to a reservation. With this update, tasks created from the reservation details are automatically linked to that reservation.

You can now register guest requests on the spot, helping prevent missed tasks and improving efficiency.

POS and hotel product sales can now be included!

A new option has been added to include POS sales and hotel product sales in owner statements.

Previously, only accommodation revenue was included. With this update, additional services and product sales can also be reflected, enabling more accurate financial reporting to owners and improving transparency in revenue distribution.

Failed payments can now be retried!

When a payment status is marked as “Failed,” you can now retry it directly from the reservation details using the button.

Previously, retrying required logging into the payment system, but now you can reprocess payments on the spot after updating card details or activating VCC. This improves response speed and helps prevent missed payments.

Inventory sync is now more real-time!

Inventory sync with PriceLabs has been improved.

Previously, inventory data was only synced when reservations were created or updated. With this update, inventory is now automatically synced even when changes such as block creation affect availability.

This helps prevent discrepancies and enables more accurate pricing optimization and inventory control in PriceLabs.
