Message API Integration Launched!

The message API integration with Expedia has been launched, allowing Japanese users to send and receive messages with guests through the Expedia message board on the AIRHOST system.

*Note: Affiliate bookings are not supported by the API. These will be handled through email notifications to the guest's email address.

Guest Review Posting Now Available!

While AIRHOST has previously had the capability to confirm and respond to reviews from Airbnb guests,

With this update, we've implemented a new feature that allows you to post reviews for Airbnb guests directly from the message page!

After checkout, you'll receive an automatic notification to post a guest review,

You can check from email notifications or unread messages and post reviews to Airbnb guests in a timely manner ✨

(This feature is currently exclusive to AirHost 😉)

After posting a review for a guest, you can streamline your operations by sending template messages requesting mutual reviews and more ✨

Acceptance Period Now Extendable to 730 Days!

Following Airbnb's extension of their maximum booking window to 730 days, you can now set your booking acceptance period up to 730 days to sync with Airbnb ✨

Added Automatic Calculation Feature for Tokyo Accommodation Tax

Great news for customers who have been struggling with manual calculations of accommodation tax that varies based on room rates!

We've now added an automatic calculation feature for Tokyo accommodation tax that activates once you enable the Tokyo tax settings.

The automatically calculated accommodation tax can be included in receipts, and with AirHost ONE check-in option + Stripe payment integration option, you can even process unmanned check-in payments ✨

*Important notes:

• Accommodation tax must be added manually to each existing reservation

• Automatic calculation is currently only available for Tokyo; other regions' accommodation taxes are not included in this feature
