A new “Eco Cleaning” type has been added!

The “Eco Cleaning” type has been newly added to cleaning tasks! It dramatically simplifies instructions for cleaning rooms with consecutive stays. ✨

You can now assign a cleaning type when creating a new cleaning task!

The exported CSV file for cleaning tasks now includes “Check-in Date,” “Check-out Date,” “Check-in Time,” and “Check-out Time” fields.

You can now import Airbnb pricing!

You can now import the rates you've set on Airbnb into your linked AirHost rate plan!

Staff permissions for “Viewing/Editing Messages” can now be restricted!

A new “Messages” item has been added under “Permission Settings” for staff users! You can now flexibly configure permissions such as hiding messages from guests or allowing view-only access without reply rights.

This feature is available with the “AirHost ONE HMS (Premium Plan).”

A new “User Cancellation” notification has been added!

Previously, there was no notification for cancellations processed by the user in AirHost PMS. Now, a “User Cancellation” notification has been added! When enabled, it notifies you whenever a reservation is cancelled by another user.

To receive notifications, you need to configure the settings. Please refer to the help page for details.

Display positions for data in the “Profit & Loss Report (Inherited)” have been changed

In the “Profit & Loss Report (Inherited)”, the display positions for key statistics like total revenue and ADR have been moved! By showing them at the top of the report, readability has been greatly improved. ✨

All logs have become easier to view!

The “Logs” feature, which allows you to review update histories for bookings, rates, and channels, has been upgraded. Past logs are now displayed side-by-side for easier comparison and visibility. ✨
