Overview

AirHost PMS integrates with a smart lock management platform "KEYVOX" which provided by Blockchain Lock Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) to support keyless entry for accommodation facilities such as hotels, inns, and private lodgings.

With the API integration, the PIN code(password) that was manually set up right after reservation get confirmed is able to be automatically issued and updated from AirHost PMS. Since all functions such as automated messaging, automated room allocation, automated payment are connected in PMS, it is able for hotels to make key management and delivery process automated by using AirHost PMS for hotel streamlined operation and guest management.

In addition, it is able to add more door types by setting up new key devices so that there are more options to choose for smart key.

Benefits

• Manage all key devices just in one place
  You can manage guests name, PIN code and valid period in AirHost PMS by creating a RemoteLOCK account in AirHost PMS and linking key devices one by one.

• PIN code can be automatically issued and updated according to each guest's check-in/out status right after reservation get confirmed.
  The PIN code will be automatically issued for the duration of guest’s stay. If guest extend or cancel the reservation, the PIN code will be updated or canceled automatically as well.

• PIN code can be issued by room allocation for hotels
  Since each room and key device are linked in AirHost PMS, it is able to issue a PIN code by the room allocation and the PIN code will be automatically updated when the room allocation changes. You can also automate the room allocation by using the "automatic room allocation optimization" function.

• Send notifications to guests automatically by using “Automated Messaging" function and Check-in Tablet
  Notifications can be automatically sent to guests at a fixed date and time such as 3 days before guest check-in, by using tags in the automated messaging function of AirHost PMS. Also it is able to send the PIN code in check-in tablet which is provided together with AirHost Check-in solution when guest completes the check-in process.
