AirHost: How did you hear about AirHost?
Manga Art Hotel: We have a working relationship with a cleaning company and they introduced AirHost to us and gave us the contact to the person in charge. That’s how it all started.

AirHost: What made you decided to introduce AirHost to your hotel operation?
Manga Art Hotel: The deciding factors for the introduction and integration are that the Channel Manager function that can adjust the price and inventory, the PMS function that automates daily operations, and the ability to exchange messages with guests all at once can be used within the expected budget.
