For the "POS Reservation Service" that many customers use for selling optional facility reservations such as meal reservations, saunas, and BBQs, the maximum number of days for reservation deadlines can now be set up to "30 days" ✨

【Tax】Tax-inclusive settings can now be applied to all future reservations

Previously, when setting and applying taxes as "tax-inclusive," taxes were only reflected in reservations confirmed after application. With this update, it's now possible to apply tax settings to all future reservations from the date of application!

Until now, the language displayed on invoices and receipts varied depending on the language set in the browser. With this update, you can now easily switch the display language from the print screen!

【Invoices】Now available for individual guests

Previously, invoices could only be issued to "corporate guests registered in CRM," but with this update, they can now be issued to "individual guests" as well! The system will automatically display "Invoice" if there is a balance or "Receipt" if there is no balance!

【Accounting】Added filter and sort functions to facility list

Filter and sort functions have been added to the page for recording expenses such as utility bills and regular expenses such as rent in the function (automatic creation of income and expense reports for owners), which is popular with vacation rental management service customers!
