Guests registered in the CRM or repeat guests are now marked with a special icon.
This helps you provide personalized service and makes internal communication easier.

A new feature has been added to automated messages that allows you to send messages based on the guest’s check-in status!
This helps automate the following daily tasks.
・Manually sending key information or guides to guests who completed pre-check-in
・Manually reminding guests who haven’t completed pre-check-in
This function is now available in the three common “Pre-Check-in” automated messages.

A new report has been added to the production reports that lets you see statistics, OTA sales, and detailed revenue info all on one page!
