UBIQS Co., Ltd. is a property management agency focusing on hotel building in these two directions of “unique room concept” and “one-stop service”. They have many unique rooms, such as a room having a bar counter that was for snack bar before, a room that was originally a tea room, and a room decorating with the feeling like an indoor camp. While making the best use of the specialties of each room, They would like to create the concept based on the specialties of each room and make the hotel unmanned which can let guests enjoy the private space. The atmosphere of the hotel which is completely different from normal hotel, is very popular with their guests.
In addition to renovating the original rooms, they also can build a building from the land to operate the property as a hotel. For those investors who do not have real estate also can be involved in hotel building since their parent company is a real estate company. They have both sales and designers who are specialized in hotel, that is also very attractive to investors.
As a property management agency, the properties under their management scatter in different places, and it became more difficult for them to manage all the properties due to the effect of corona pandemic.
