Shiki Properties is made up of a growing team of locals in the Kansai area of Japan who are always passionate about global travel and have timeless charm. All those properties provide a modern and cozy environment, and aim to offer the best journey to guests with the effort of real time communication.

Challenges

Along with the reservations in the whole market is decreasing due to the corona pandemic, the profit margin per reservation became more important for the new property operation management. In order to increase the satisfaction of property owners, Shiki Properties wanted to expand sales channel by booking engine (direct reservation). Also they think there was no doubt to be related with their company branding as a private lodging management agency.

Solutions
