CherryLoft Resorts is a beachfront resort and ideal for fun and leisure in Singapore's Pasir Ris region. It is located about 20km from the town center. Guests can have a beach resort experience and have a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Their exceptional service and superb facilities such as a beachside for every single unit make an unforgettable stay for guests and attracts a lot of families with young children. What is so special about CherryLoft Resorts is that each of the chalets has a private BBQ pit and guests do not need to share their BBQ pit with other guests. Besides that, they also have a swimming pool, and game lounge for guests to relax after their work.
Both CherryLoft Resorts and service apartments provide short-term and long-term stay for guests. Their aim is to bring the best guest experience during their stay.
During Covid-19, they actually take additional measures to ensure sanitization, cleanliness to make sure there is no virus spread. They also target different groups of guests according to the market change. They moved from targeting foreigners to local guests.
They started to look for solutions for further measures of daily operation and got introduced by an AirHost staff member. They were interested because of the promotion package provided by AirHost for Singapore SME Hospitality during the pandemic. Then they decided to try out AirHost system.
CherryLoft Resorts use AirHost Hospitality Management System (HMS) product for their resort and hotel management solution.
They use AirHost HMS to manage most of the bookings and OTAs. Also they utilize AirHost Booking Engine for their booking management system.

They were able to manage all their properties in one platform and link up all OTAs in one place through AirHost PMS. Compared to other products, AirHost PMS can help us manage all properties in one platform. We are happy with AirHost system and AirHost staff is also very helpful. For any questions we have, the staff always gets back to us in time.
AirHost Booking Engine was also very helpful and we are very satisfied with it. Our guests can book directly through the booking engine and the booking information are automatically integrated with AirHost PMS. So we don't need to input the guest information manually from Booking Engine to booking calendar. We really enjoy using AirHost system.
Now we are going to try different market segments and look for different opportunities to grow for the best in the future.
